Hat Sample
Sample cost includes: Hat cost Customization cost Shipping cost Import duties (if applicable) Sample Fee Refund Policy We offer a sample fee refund program. Once your bulk order reaches 300 hats or more, the full sample fee paid previously will be credited back to your order.
Bulk Hat Pricing
Bulk order cost is calculated as: (Hat Cost + Customization Cost) × Quantity + Shipping Cost + Import Duties Important Notes MOQ & Volume Pricing Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 50 hats per design. We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. As order volume increases, the unit price decreases significantly. For example, the price per hat is typically much lower at 150 pieces than at 50 pieces. Free Pre-Production Sample To ensure your design meets expectations, we provide a free pre-production sample before bulk production. We will send detailed photos and videos for your approval. Mass production will only begin after receiving your confirmation.
Shipping Options
We typically offer air freight and sea freight services. Shipping costs vary depending on destination country, package volume, and delivery time frame. Our logistics team compares multiple shipping solutions before dispatch to help you choose the most cost-effective option. Option 1: Duties Paid by Customer You may choose to pay import duties and taxes when the shipment clears customs in your country. Once customs clearance is completed, the goods will be delivered directly to your address. Option 2: DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid) You may choose DDP shipping, where duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost. No additional customs payments are required after arrival, and the goods will be delivered directly to your door. Option 3: Use Your Own Freight Forwarder If you have a preferred freight forwarder or logistics partner in China, we are happy to coordinate shipment through your designated carrier.
