Package
We choose the carton size according to the quantity of hats you order.
| samples(1-2 hats) | the box size is 22*22*15 cm. |
| 50 hats | the box size is 58*25*42 cm. |
| 100 hats | the box size is 58*47*42 cm. |
| 150 hats | the box size is 70*47*40 cm. |
| 200 hats | the box size is 80*47*40 cm. |
Shipping costs
Shipping costs is related to the quantity of hats(carton size), region, and delivery time .Please contact us for specific costs.
Shipping costs can be selected based on prices that include custom taxes and fees, or prices that do not include taxes and fees.
Option 1: If you choose the shipping price includes custom taxes and fees, and you do not need to pay additional transportation custom taxes after receiving the goods.
Option 2: If you choose a price that does not include custom taxes and fees, during customs clearance, you will be notified by phone or email to make the payment. Once the payment is successful, you will receive the goods.
Transit time
The transit time is about 7-20 days.If encountering extreme weather, festival and holiday reasons,carrier delays, delivery will also respond accordingly.

Damaged goods
If the consignee finds that the goods have been damaged upon receipt, you should inform our company by phone, email, or other means within 7 natural days after signing for the goods and provide corresponding photo materials. If you inform us of the loss and request compensation after more than 7 natural days, our company can refuse to compensate based on this.
If the consignee does not receive the insured goods within the agreed date, you should request corresponding claim materials from the relevant carrier and file a claim with the insurer within 90 natural days after the goods are shipped.
If there is a loss within the scope of liability, you should notify the insurer as soon as possible according to the logistics insurance terms, and strive to avoid and reduce the expansion of the loss.
In your agreement with a third party, you shall not exempt or reduce their compensation liability, nor shall you damage the insurer's subrogation right. Otherwise, within the scope of their exemption or reduction of the third party's compensation liability, the insurer has the right to deduct the corresponding insurance compensation amount.
If the loss involves a third-party responsible party, you should cooperate with the insurer to recover from the third-party responsible party. If you waive this right without authorization, the insurer has the right to refuse to assume compensation liability; If you give up claiming compensation from the third-party responsible party without authorization, causing the insurer to be unable to recover, the insurer has the right to recover the compensation from you.
