What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 50 pcs per color, the more quantity, the lower the unit price.
Does the prenatal sample is free?
Yes, the prenatal sample is free. We will take some professional photos for you about the prenatal sample. If you want to get this prenatal sample, you just only to pay for the shipping cost.
Can l order hats with my own design logo?
Send us the logo file in PDF/JPG/Al format. And tell us the correct color, then we will make a sample for you to confirm. lf the sample is OK,we will go to mass production at last.
What's the mass production cycle?
The whole production time is around 4 weeks. We will produce a prenatal sample first, and the prenatal sample's production time is about 2 weeks. And i will take some pictures to you about the prenatal sample. And if you satisfied with it, we will continue to produce the bulk order. And the bulk order's production time is about 2 weeks. So the total production time is about 4 weeks. And the shipping time is about 5 days.
What's the delivery company do you guys usually choose?
We usually choose the international air express such as FedEx or DHL or UPS, etc.
How do you ensure quality?
We have professional quality inspectors, and we focus on 4 processes.1: Check the quality of bulk fabrics before production, such as fabric composition,color,etc.2: Check the production of logos, such as embroidery thread or printing pigment, embroidery pattern, etc., whether they are correct.3:Check the sewing process, whether the sewing is neat, etc.4: Check the finished hats, after steam ironing, before packaging.
