Bulk custom beanies can be produced using several techniques depending on your design requirements.For knit beanies, we often use jacquard knitting, where different colored yarns are woven directly into the fabric to create integrated patterns or logos.Alternatively, we can add woven patches, embroidery patches, or other logo applications to achieve your desired look.

The MOQ for most of our hat styles is 50 pieces. However, for winter hats (beanies), the MOQ is 100 pieces.This is mainly because the production and material costs for knitted hats are higher than those of standard fabric caps, so the minimum order quantity is set slightly higher.

Our factory is located in Hebei, China. We have strong production capacity, with a monthly output of up to 200,000 pieces and a maximum daily capacity of 8,000 pieces.Whether you need small trial orders or large bulk orders, we can handle them efficiently and ensure on-time delivery without delays due to capacity limitations.
