      To ensure consistent quality, we have a strict internal quality control (QC) system. Our merchandisers monitor the entire production process, from material arrival to final production, conducting inspections and checks at each stage.We apply multi-angle visual inspections. Each cap is examined from the front, side, and top to ensure perfect symmetry. The brim must be centered to the crown (tolerance ≤ 1 mm).The crown should be well-structured with smooth curves, free from loose threads, stains, or unacceptable wrinkles. The overall shape must fully match the approved sample.
